A superb 4 bedroomed luxury villa which has been finished to the highest standard with comfortable furnishings and extremely attractive decoration.


The French owners of this villa have selected many original paintings to enhance the living space as well as some modern furniture by well-known designers. The overall effect is one of high-class comfort.

The heated swimming pool when not in use is equipped with an alarm, in case a young child should fall in. It also enjoys views over the first and fifth holes of the Praia d’el Rey golf course. The Club House is a pleasant ten minute stroll away.

Location

The villa overlooks the 5th hole of the Golf Course and is particularly well positioned for the 10 minute walk to the beach. The central location of the villa also means that all the facilities of the Praia d'el Rey golf resort, including the clubhouse, the 5 star Marriott Hotel, tennis courts, beach and shops, are close at hand.

A 15 minute drive along the coast from the villa is the resort of Baleal and the fishing port of Peniche, famous for its fish restaurants. Obidos is a 20 minute drive and Caldas Da Rainha is 30 minutes away. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants and bars.

Lisbon is 1 hours drive.
