Casal da Floresta is a beautifull villa located on the edge of a small village near Foz do Arelho and just a ten minute drive from the beaches bars and restaurants there and at São Martinho do Porto.

There is a 10 x 5 metre heated pool and surrounding sun terraces offering complete privacy as does the courtyard garden. The pool area is accessed via a lockable gate making it completely safe for children. There are superb views of the Serra dos Candeeiros range of hills.

The courtyard and garden can be used for sunbathing, while the surrounding trees provide the shade.

The villa comprises three bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. There is a large brand new Italian kitchen and dining room.

The spacious living room has a leather suite and Satellite TV.

Location

The villa is situated approximately 3 miles from the centre of Foz Do Arelho, a small beach resort located at the mouth of the Obidos Lagoon and adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean. The calm waters of the Lagoon are perfect for sailing, windsurfing and swimming whilst the more lively Atlantic Ocean provides a surfers paradise. In the resort there are a number of restaurants and bars with superb views across the huge expanse of beach.

A 10 minute drive inland is Caldas Da Rainha. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants and bars. A further 10 minutes away is the historical gem, Obidos.

Lisbon is 1 hours drive and the number 1 golf course in Portugal, Praia D´El Rey, is a 30 minute drive.
