Villa Espineda is a truly beautiful new property having just been designer furnished for the 2010 season. The whole property is extremely spacious.

The living room, kitchen and dining room are on the first floor to take advantage of the spectacular views over the Praia d’el Rey golf course and out to sea.

There is a large living room with ample seating for eight and a sun terrace with table and chairs just off the living room. A perfect place to sit out and enjoy the sun and the views.

There is also a study on the first floor with an additional sofa bed, desk and chair. The fully-equipped kitchen has a hob, oven, large fridge-freezer and microwave.

The four bedrooms, all with private en suite facilities, are on the lower ground floor with access directly onto the garden and swimming pool area. There are sun loungers and a table and chairs for use by the pool. The utility room is on this floor and has a washing machine and tumble dryer. This really is a superb property with lots of space and private terraces and plenty of room around the heated swimming pool.

Location

This designer furnished luxury villa rental is situated two minutes walk away from the Clubhouse where there is an excellent Bar and Restaurant. The extensive terraces overlook the Golf Course and out towards the sea. The privileged location of the villa means that all the facilities of the Praia d'el Rey Golf resort, including the 5 star Marriott Hotel, tennis courts, beach and shops, are close at hand.

A 15 minute drive along the coast is the resort and fishing port of Baleal and Peniche famous for its fish restaurants. Obidos is a 20 minute drive and Caldas Da Rainha is 30 minutes away. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants and bars.

Lisbon is only a 1 hour drive away.
